Welding Rollout Wheel without CHUCK. locking with brake, multiposition

Welding Rollout Wheel with no Chuck, multi position, locking and with brake. Condition is New.
For sale is a roll out wheel that i designed and manufacturer. This rollout wheel uses a 8 inch chuck, it has adjustments vertically both fine and course. It fits into a 2 inch receiver hitch. It has a friction brake to slow the whell down and a locking positioner that has a total of 36 adjustment positions that are every 10 degrees. This roll out wheel uses a commercially available Chevrolet wheel bearing that is 35 bucks to replace and is hollow in the middle so the operator can run his ground straight through it without having to worry about welding the bearing or chuck.
This is built intensely strong out of 1/4 inch steel. It is extremely tough and will take your jobs with ease.
This rollout wheel is powdercoated gloss black, though it might get a little dirty in shipping.  I powdercoat these as a rust inhibitor. If you'd like yours powder coated any specific color, id be happy to do that!
Does not include a chuck!
This fits commonly available 8 inch chucks.
These are made in the USA in Cheyenne Wyoming.
