This is a preowned hand drum in Very Good preowned condition with only some hook and loop strips on the back side for wall hanging (can be gently peeled off) otherwise it is perfect. This is a Rawhide drum over a handcrafted bent wood frame with a beautifully painted Native face on one side and plain rawhide on the other. It is laced with rawhide and has a rawhide hanging loop on top. This is a signed piece by the artist Lobatos. In my research this artist is Native American. I am unsure that he is not also a Native American of Mexico. Reservations span the boarder since no boarder can divide an indigenous Nation. My Yaqui (Mayan heritage) friend has family and churches on both sides of the Arizona boarder. This is a working hand drum but too beautiful in my opinion and is best as a hanging decoration as if has been.Approximate measurements 7" diameter, 2.25" wide, 2.5" drop of hangerPlease check the pictures for condition and detail.
