Antique Chelsea "Grandmother's Ware" Pitcher in Lavender; Floral, Figural; 1840

Pleased to offer this Chelsea or "Grandmother's Ware" Pitcher, circa 1840, with floral baskets and a Biblical Scene of Lot & His Wife.  Took me forever to figure that one out !  This is such a flowing piece; beautiful lines.  All of the decoration is done in traditional lavender.  It  measures 7" by 7" and is in great condition but for a factory flaw on the handle and an inner top repair.  A lovely piece!
